The heart-filled day is almost upon us!
Time flies so quickly these days and sometimes you need a last-minute, super easy recipe to whip together! That’s why I wanted to write this post for you today!
I’ll keep this short and sweet, let’s dive into these yummy Valentine’s Day recipes!
Gooey Butter Cookies
These cookies are an absolute hit wherever I take them, and the best part is that they are easy peasy to make!
Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
Please don’t let the mayo discourage you from this – you won’t taste it, I promise! I also have the best cool whip icing that I always use for it. For some pink/red flare, you can add sprinkles to the top or use a different icing!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups with Easy Buttercream Icing
These cookie cups are so delish and so easy thanks to a muffin tin and very few ingredients! There are also some other Valentine’s Day goodies in this post!
That’s a wrap on these last-minute Valentine’s Day recipes, sweet friends! I hope you found a thing or two that you can add to your grocery list and whip up before Friday. I have my pretty V-Day sprinkles ready for some gooey butter cookies soon, they are so so good!
What are you making for Valentine’s Day? Any fun plans?
Wishing you all the best day and thank YOU so much for being here with me – you’re the best!
I want them all my friend. You are a true gem.
If you could could you send me something that epitomizes Ohio for you?

Right back at you, Regine, and hope you’re having a wonderful Valentine’s week so far! 🙂 My first thought is a buckeye, but I don’t have one of those – though the yummy peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate, that we call buckeyes here, are the best, haha!
Ok, you have really made me hungry now! I love sweets! That mayo cake sounds very unique, but I bet it is GOOD! I’ve had gooey butter cookies before and they just melt in your mouth!
