This aquarium-themed box was purrfect for our cats!
Normally swimming with the fishes is not a good thing, and cats can’t exactly be trusted around fish bowls – but thankfully, this is a safe way for our cats to have some fun, haha!
March was my second time ordering the KitNipBox, the first being for Christmas at the recommendation from Carrie at Curly Crafty Mom.
Draino and Pepper had so much fun with their Christmas goodies that I wanted to try it again in a few months. Some cats would definitely benefit from getting the box once per month if they’re younger or just super playful. Our Draino is an older cat and while Peppy is only a few years old, she is my lap cat and doesn’t have the energy she used to have. So I think getting the box every few months works best for us!
I’m sharing some photos of the fun below with their most recent box!
The cats get excited when they know a box is for them! I always put it on the floor and they go straight to it, waiting for me to open it up. In fairness, they also get excited for us to empty boxes that aren’t for them, but they like to claim the box itself as their own, haha.
This box had the cutest little toys! Of course Pepper had to dive into the box first. Draino being the older cat, and just more timid in general, she waits until I start giving her toys to come play.
They had a blast rolling around and playing with their toys. I always let them sniff the toys out first before I let ‘dad’ do all the opening for them. 🙂 Draino’s favorite was the clownfish originally but then she took up with the blue shark.
Pepper’s favorite started out as the blue shark, but she really likes to chase the Starfish wand. In true fashion, she doesn’t seem to want to play with it as designed, instead she likes for me to run around the house with it and she chases it!
That’s a wrap on this fun KitNipBox post, friends! I hope you enjoyed seeing some of the fun toys and treats that come with these boxes, as well as our little fur-babies playing with them!
Have you subscribed to the KitNipBox before or any other fun pet subscription boxes?

I bet they would adore these, Jennifer! They have so many fun catnip-filled toys!
What an adorable box! I would love to get this for my kitties but they already have a billion toys and they would rather play with the shipping boxes we get on a weekly basis. Lol!

Haha, I so get that, my dear friend! We live in a cardboard factory truly, the kitties love playing in the boxes or even just with other simple things, like my hair ties or the rings off of milk jugs!
This is so cute.

Aww, thank you so much Allie and that makes me so sad for you too, I know you love your fur babies!!!
These boxes look so cute! I think if my ancient cat did anything other than sleep I would get one for him! Haha!
Haha, that’s hilarious!! Our older cat Draino loves her sleeping time too, but Pepper helps her play sometimes too, which is nice!
This is such a fun idea! My cat would love this, but I think my dog would chew everything up.

Aww, I definitely get that, plenty of these toys would be perfect to rip apart for our fur babies who enjoy that, haha!
This is such a cute idea, but your kitties are definitely the cutest! It’s so nice you can get boxes like this to mix up their current toy selection 🙂
Aww, thank you so much Mica! 🙂 I agree, it makes it fun for them and for me to watch them play, haha.
The aquarium-themed KitNipBox sounds like a hit with your cats! It’s great to find safe and engaging ways to entertain our furry friends. It’s nice to hear that they enjoyed their Christmas goodies and that you found a frequency of box deliveries that works well for your cats’ energy levels. Thanks for sharing your experience!
