While I didn’t read as much as I had hoped, I did read some real gems!
I was on a constant struggle bus when it came to reading last year. I’m not sure what the root cause of it was, but thankfully it has been much easier to dive into books recently.
I thought I’d put together a post filled with all the books that I did manage to read. I truly enjoyed all of these, and hope that some of you will enjoy them as much as I did!
You can check all of these out on Amazon by clicking on the titles of each book.
Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis
I found this book to be so inspiring and helpful! I talked a little bit about it in my review on this post back in March of last year.
The Power of Heart by Amy Bloch, M.D.
The Power of Heart was such a great read. I highly recommend it! You can check out my in-depth review of it right here.
No Offense by Meg Cabot
I have been a Meg Cabot fan since her Princess Diaries days, and her newest books do not disappoint! It was so fun to see the love story evolve, especially from something that seemed like they almost hated one another. Isn’t that the way it goes?
Big Summer by Jennifer Weiner
I loved this book – such a fun book with some unexpected twists. Perfect summer read!
No Judgements by Meg Cabot
While this isn’t a sequel to No Offense, they do have some shared characters and it takes place in the same town, Little Bridge Island. I loved this book so much. Two people fall in love unexpectedly, and it just happens to be in the middle of a hurricane, haha.
To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han
A very sweet, easy read. I actually don’t plan on reading any of the sequels soon, but I thought the book was good. I think I got a little sad about the storyline with the momma having passed away, so that sort of got in the way of me enjoying it more.
After by Anna Todd
I watched the movie back in 2019 and really loved it! So I wanted to read the books for awhile, but just got around to it late last year. The book is by far better and per usual, so much more detailed. It’s a big book, but I really enjoyed it and have already read the second one (I’ll talk about it in an upcoming post on books I’m reading this January/February 2021).
The Voting Booth by Brandy Colbert
I was so happy to win this book! It was such a timely read, as it was smack-dab in the middle of the presidential election. I enjoyed it very much and I loved that it had a sweet little love story in addition to talking about the importance of voter suppression.
I hope you enjoyed this quick list of the books I read in 2020, friends. Let me know in the comments if you’ve read any of these books, and what you’re currently reading!

I have only seen pieces of the first movie, but it looked really cute! I think I’d love the movies a little more than the books, even though I’m usually backwards on that note, haha. I hope you’re having a fantastic weekend, friend!
I read 50 books the past year I plan to read 80 books this 2021
Interesting selection by the way

Aww, that’s awesome! I think that would really help me to keep up with reading, plus just being able to talk about it afterwards would be so fun. 🙂
I’m dreaming of hot weather, my friend, haha! It’s winter here in Ohio and we are expecting some snow again this evening. Wishing you the most fantastic weekend!

Haven´t read anything from Meg Cabot for years but I used to love her so much!!
I read the after series a few years ago and liked it, but a few weeks ago I started with Anna Todds new book series “the brightest stars” and they sadly aren´t worth the hype!
have an amazing weekend,
Tiziana
