We all stay so busy these days and tend to run on fumes (and caffeine!), but we just keep pressing on. That’s why I’m sharing with you my top 10 ideas to celebrate self-care!
Being goal-oriented and focused on chasing our dreams is essential. Self-care is equally essential. Our bodies need rest and time to recoup from the busy seasons in our lives. What makes you happy?
For me, spending time curled up in yoga pants while reading a book, a warm bubble bath, and watching Riverdale are all examples of things that make me happy and I classify as self-care.
I’m pledging to make self-care a priority! I want to devote at least one hour to doing something that makes me happy.
In the big picture, life is so short. We spend much of our lives working our tails off and being goal diggers. This is all wonderful stuff! However, we need some time to relax and enjoy what we’ve worked so hard to get.

1. Soak in a warm bubble bath
2. Read a new book or start over with one of your favorites
3. Watch an episode of your favorite TV show
4. Listen to fun music
5. Write in your planner
6. Retail therapy!
7. Take a nap
8. Catch up on your favorite bloggers’ posts
9. Play a game, like Candy Crush Saga
10. Take a walk
